Shipping
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt to addresses within the Continental U.S. including Canada, Hawaii and Alaska via United Parcel Service (UPS) to assure quick and reliable delivery. We also support our troops and ship to all Military APO/FPO boxes outside the United States. All orders placed on BlissfulRomance.com are shipped in discreet packaging. You will be notified via e-mail once your order has been shipped with the estimated arrival date and you’re tracking number. You can track your package online at www.UPS.com/tracking/tracking.html
Returns
At Blissful Romance we work hard to select quality products from superior manufacturers and our objective is to keep every customer completely satisfied. We also realize that there may be times when a customer wishes to return a product. Blissful Romance will accept items that have not been worn, used, soiled or damaged within 30 days of the purchase date for exchange only.
Blissful Romance will also accept manufacture defective items and items damaged during shipment for exchange for up to 14 days from the purchase date. We will send a new item as a replacement, if the original item purchased is not available or discontinued we will send another item of equal or greater value that is comparable to the original item purchased. We are also unable to reimburse for shipping and handling fees. Blissful Romance is not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments where the UPS shipment tracking confirms delivery.
Product Return Instructions
In order to return a product you must call our Customer Care Center at 1-800-490-1669 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) or email us at productreturn@blissfulromance.com to request a RAN number. All shipments containing returned products must have the RAN written clearly on the outside of the box or the item will not be accepted.
